1. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account using your email or a third-party provider like Google. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.

2. Google Authentication

When signing in with Google, Guracar only accesses your basic profile (name, email, and profile picture). We do not access your password or store sensitive OAuth credentials. Your authentication is securely managed through Google's OAuth system.

By using Google login, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Vehicle Listings

Users may list vehicles for sale by providing accurate information including model, price, photos, and condition. Guracar reserves the right to remove any listing that contains false, misleading, or illegal content.

Listings must comply with national vehicle regulations and must not include stolen or unregistered vehicles.

4. Payments and Fees

While browsing listings is free, Guracar may charge fees for premium services (e.g., promoted listings). All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers. Guracar does not store card or payment information.

5. User Conduct

• You agree not to use Guracar for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Do not impersonate others or provide false information.
• Do not upload malware or spam.
• Respect the rights and data of other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Guracar — including the website design, logo, and branding — is owned by Guracar and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Guracar is a marketplace and is not responsible for the condition or legal ownership of vehicles listed. Buyers and sellers must independently verify listings and negotiate terms. Guracar is not liable for disputes between users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or act in bad faith. Users can request account deletion by contacting support@guracar.com.

9. Changes to Terms

Guracar may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
